If you need somewhere to stay in the City has an excellent accommodation from bed and breakfasts to the luxury of four-star hotels. For shopping there are the narrow streets of the Barbican, or the modern pedestrianised City Centre, with the largest range of shops in the region.

Plymouth has modern berthing facilities for many cruise shops, a large modern passenger terminal and extensive vehicle marshalling areas to ease traffic flow. At the terminal there are also caf's for meals and refreshments, along with a bureau de change. A free car park is available for anyone leaving his or her car behind.

Assistance is available at the port for passengers with special needs; the main terminal has disabled toilet facilities and low-level pay phones. Arrangements can be made when booking or checking in for extra help.
